Previously, you could only use the buy-back service by visiting an IKEA store. Now, it’s even easier: you can drop off your items at one of the three Droppie locations in your area. Your pre-loved product will be given a new life in the IKEA Circular Hub. Here, you’ll find products that are still in great condition and ready for a second chance.

You can find more information in the FAQ

Please check that you have entered the correct item number or name. If the product does not appear, we unfortunately cannot accept it. But don't worry, there are over 20,000 other products that can be submitted!
You can only return products that still have the original product label—a sticker containing the item number, name, and other information—attached.

The Droppie staff member will check your items to ensure they meet our requirements. First, the product must be listed in our product checker and feature a product label. Furthermore, it must be clean, correctly assembled, and in a good, sellable condition.
The item must also be complete and fully functional; we cannot accept loose parts, such as individual shelves or legs.
If your product meets these requirements, we will be happy to accept it!
You can identify the article number by its 8-digit code. This is usually found on a sticker or label on or under the product.
