Which flows can you submit?

At Droppie, you can submit many different flows for a fee:

‍Textiles — clothes, shoes, bedding, bags, soft accessories, stuffed animals
E-waste — telephones, computers, vacuum cleaners, monitors, cables, kitchen appliances
Deposit — plastic bottles, drink cans, shot bottles (no glass)
Plastic packaging & beverage cartons — yoghurt dishes, detergent bottles, flower pots, toothpaste tubes
Frying fat — all cooking oils

How do you hand it in?

First of all, download our Droppie app. Here you will find a detailed explanation of how to submit the different flows. As a general rule: deliver everything in a sealed bag or container and, if possible, as clean as possible.

Where does the recycle goods go?

All our flows go to specially selected recyclers. They sort the material for reuse, repair or recycling. So it's okay if a product still works, but we always recommend reusing or repairing it where possible first.

What do you get in compensation?

At Droppie, you will receive a kilo price or unit price, depending on the recycle flow and if we reimburse the electricity.

Why hand it in to Droppie?

At Droppie, together with our customers, we help to make various recycling flows as clean as possible. Recyclers often have to make a lot of effort to sort out a stream, because there are regularly products that don't belong.

We do our best to deliver the cleanest possible flows to our recycling partners, so that everything — or almost everything — can be processed properly. In this way, they save time and energy, and the entire process becomes more sustainable.

Which parcel services does Droppie have?

We also have various package services, so you can have a package picked up or delivered when you return your recycling. We work with BOXO, Budbee, DPD, DHL, Mondial Relay, PostNL, UPS and VintedGo.

Not all locations offer all services, and some locations have package lockers only. Therefore, always check which options are available on the package services page.

For all questions about packages, it is best to contact the parcel services themselves. Their contact details are on their website. Unfortunately, we can deliver packages no longer hold than indicated by the relevant parcel service.

Questions about the app?

For questions about the app, drops or payouts, please mail to info@godroppie.com. Preferably use the email address you used to create your account or the name on your account.

Lost drops?
A common problem: You're signed in with a different account than the first time, making it look like your app data has disappeared.

Questions about payouts?

Paying out is easy via Tikkie. In your app, click on the amount and then “Withdraw money”.

There is a limit of €50 per time and you can do up to €250 per day cash out.
